Tipsy
Tipsy provides a fully stocked bar featuring premium liquor, mixers, as well as both white and red wine. We offer canned Coors Light, Coors Original, ciders, and seltzers. Additional beer selections, cider, wine, and seltzers are available upon request. If you prefer a keg, we have a variety of options available through our distributor. Choose a signature cocktail of your liking, or let our talented bartender craft a unique creation just for you. We also provide water and soda options to accommodate all guests.
The Tipsy is a hassle-free bar solution, allowing you to relax and enjoy your event while we handle everything. We take on the liability, so all you have to do is show up, and we’ll take care of serving delicious cocktails. We can customize Towin’ Tipsy to suit your event—whether as a Mimosa, Bloody Mary, or Margarita bar, or simply a beer and wine setup. Our flexibility ensures we can tailor our offerings to meet your specific needs.
Tapsy
Tapsy, the newest addition to our fleet, features four taps equipped with CO2, ensuring the perfect pour every time. We offer a wide selection of beverages through our distributor, giving you plenty of options to choose from. For a more comprehensive bar experience, we can also provide a fully stocked bar alongside Tapsy. Additionally, when not in use by our team, Tapsy is available for rental.

Towin’ Tipsy is the result of a vision between two friends who had a crazy idea one night to start a mobile bar. Those who know us understand that once we get an idea in our heads, we are going to make it happen.
Our poor husbands truly have been such troopers through all of our crazy, fun ideas. We are located in beautiful Baker City in Eastern Oregon and are a fully licensed OLCC mobile bar. We carry full liability insurance, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your day.
